LIMITED WARRANTY

AMAZE-N-TOW®, LLC warrants each new PRO-PALLET CARRIER® products to be free from proven defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service when loads have not exceed rated capacity and speed, for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days from date of purchase.

For warranty claims to be considered, warranty registration card must have been returned within thirty (30) days of date purchase and AMAZE-N-TOW®, LLC must be notified immediately following discovery of defect.

AMAZE-N-TOW, LLC®’s only obligation under the warranty is limited to repair or replacing, at its option such component (s) or part (s) which, upon examination, shall disclose to AMAZE-N-TOW®, LLC’s satisfaction to have been defective, shall disclose to AMAZE-N-TOW®, LLC, at FORT WAYNE, INDIANA, within fifteen (15) days from date of defect claim. All claims must have prior authorization from AMAZE-N-TOW®, LLC and must provide model, serial number, proof of purchase, and a detailed description of the defect and the conditions by which occurred.

The provisions of this warranty apply only to the original user (owner) and shall not apply to products (s) which have been subject to accident, abuse, negligence, unauthorized repair of which have altered in any way.

Warranty for components and accessories purchased from their respective manufacturers and subject to the manufacturer’s warranty to said component (s) are not covered by this warranty.

This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied and AMAZE-N-TOW®, LLC makes no other warranty except as set forth above and will not be liable for damages to persons or property resulting from the use of AMAZE-N-TOW®, LLC products.
